Meet Daniel Westawski

Daniel Westawski, MD, FACS, is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon at Luminary Dermatology. The dermatology practice has 10 locations, and Dr. Westawski sees patients at the Sarasota, Florida, office.

Dr. Westawski has been practicing as a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon for over 20 years. Upon graduating from Jefferson Medical College (now called Sidney Kimmel Medical College) and Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1992, Dr. Westawski began his General Surgery Internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

He continued at the same location for his General Surgery Residency before moving to the University of Utah in Salt Lake City from 1997-1999 for his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency. 

Later, Dr. Westawski began his Hand and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) in Philadelphia.

Joining the talented plastic surgery team at Luminary Dermatology, Dr. Westawski will be collaborating with the dermatology practice’s Board-Certified Dermatologists and Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeons, specializing in facial plastic surgery and breast augmentation. 

Dr. Westawski also offers a variety of elective plastic surgical procedures at Luminary Dermatology as well as the following:

He is a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).
